Quality

The traditional preparation of our meals entails a significant degree of manual labor. We marinate and cook the freshly supplied meat daily, steam the rice, and our products are prepared over an open flame in our woks. We exclusively use fresh ingredients, such as vegetables and eggs, combined with the finest quality noodles and rice. Our sauces are crafted from our own recipes using fresh ingredients and freshly prepared roux.

The result is flavorful, traditionally prepared, high-quality meals. The wok preparation at high temperatures, immediate filling and sealing at high temperatures, followed by rapid cooling, ensures their shelf life post-production. All of this takes place in two modern production facilities where we operate in accordance with IFS standards and hold certification.

Due to the government imposed coop requirement, as of November 20, 2024, the status of our free-range eggs has been temporarily changed to ''eggs from cooped up free-range hens''. x
